No, unless you force the box closed a little or don't mind a few bent corners on your sleeves.

Q: Does this deck include enough cards for 2 people to play?

Not really. You're better off buying one Deck Builder's Toolkit for each person. You can make two 2-color, 60-card decks, so it is technically possible, but not as much fun as having a whole "toolkit" to yourself. In order to make a deck, you end up using nearly all of the cards of whatever color you choose.
