Would a puzzle fit in this frame?

How thick of your puzzle. It can accept max thickness 1mm

What is the max thickness (in inches) that can be placed in the frame?

This will not accommodate something 12x16 inches. The painting I wanted to use it for is 12x16 and is too large for the frame. I didn't notice the 11.81x15.75" measurement when I ordered, but if what you're framing is rigid, you won't get it in if it's larger.

Can the plexiglass be removed easily or is it glued to the frame?

The plexiglass can be removed from the frame. It isn't glued to the frame.
