A quality product
This wall mounted pull up fitness bar is a solid piece of work. It is a heavier than expected steel, welds are clean, and unit is completely square and true when assembled, with no mis-alignment of bolt holes. I am particular about these things and It is always a pleasure to receive a product that has been accurately fabricated. As far as use, most any pull up grip position can be accommodated, and yes you can (I did), hang a heavy bag from it with no problem. Depending on your installation specifics, the ladder bar crosspiece can also be bolted with either an upwards or downwards arch, and the wall brackets can also be turned up or down. The structure is plenty strong for whatever you may want or need out of it. Go for it!

The handrail is different from the picture of the product!!! I was expecting a pull ups with Coarse texture handle !!

Bar is a bit big for smaller or average hand. Also, the plate that touches the wall is a bit not flat so installation needs a little extra technique.
