Can the blade be replaced? if so, what is the blade part number and/or the url to purchase an additional blade?

I just bought this saw from a retailer for a little bit less than at Amazon despite the warnings here of no replacement blades. But I suspect that this blade replacement can be found for $10.99 at Amazon, by searching for Shark Corp 01-2204 Dowel/Dovetail/Detail Saw Blade. The pattern looks the same. Even the Shark 10-2204 saw looks the same. As someone else mentioned, I now see that for a few dollars more, I could buy a new saw. I thought this might be the case.

Me too. Even called the manufacturer. They done sell just the blade. There some off names on Amazon that may fit. But last time I looked the price difference was not sufficient for me to take the chance. Good luck!

Can this cut aluminum nicely?

These flimsy little saws are luck to cut soft woods without kinking the blade. I highly doubt you want to cut aluminum with it.

Does it come with a case? (At least for the blade?)

Just the temporary retail case, but blade comes with removable gaurd
