I am so happy with this product! It delivers INTENSE heat!! I usually use a product from an MLM that costs over $20 per tube. This product is just as effective, maybe more so, for a much more reasonable price. This is much hotter than similar products so if you aren’t used to it, start with a small amount and rub it in very very well. It will start working quickly and give you effective pain relief. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after applying and consider using a cloth or soap with some grit in it to get the product completely off of your hands. Again, I love this product!!

Didn't do anything. Didn't even feel a burn that people mentioned at all. Very disappointed. Will not buy again!

I got this product for my back and for me, it works better than any of the other topical treatments (that includes lidocaine, Diclofenac, Aspercreme and Blue Emu). However.......I just tried it on my knee and it burns like crazy! Like an unbearable sunburn. And it does not wash off. When I use this product in my back, I get some heat, but not real bad. This product will last all day once applied and even seems to reconstitute during workouts or when sweating. Highly recommended for back, but not so much for knees. Also, if you don't want the heat sensation on your hands, use medical gloves for applying.

I suffer from peripheral neuropathy of the foot, non diabetic. For those of you suffering from this type of pain try this experiment, take a dry rather rough hand towel and gently massage your foot for about 30 seconds on each foot. If the pain seems to be less this capsaicin might help you. Even though this product can cause a burning Sensation, if your feet are numb like mine you won’t feel the sensation. It seems to stimulate the nerves and help reduce the burning and the feeling of something Is on your feet like socks. If you are taking pain medication for this condition, you will still need to take that. I strongly recommend using surgical type gloves when applying this as even after multiple handwashing’s and you happen to touch your eye area it will burn.
