Good choice
I had to replace one of those Zebra printers that we have been using for years, if not decades. This one actually matches the quality and performance so far. Let's see after 20000 reproductions how it goes. But, it seems sturdy like the Zebra devices...

difficult software instructions. Possible Windows 11 compatibility issues.
This works very well. I did have some difficulty installing software with the most recent Windows 11 updates. Instructions for software use are fairly "Ikea" also. Beautiful colors. Nice entry level cost. I have not investigated how to program my own cards but I am believing that there is some additional purchase necessary in order to do so.

This was the wrong ribbon for me
I was enticed by being able to print up to 250 cards. But this ribbon is only compatible with IDP Smart Printers. It did not work with my IDP Solid Printer.

Idp smart 31s
Not compatible with Apple products I tried to troubleshoot for hours even went to the site for help and still nothing just annoyed that it’s advertised as Mac compatible but it’s not truly. Also the printer I received looked like it could’ve been used / refurbished there was smudges in the bottom and dents and break marks in the plastic on the machine I’m a little upset cause I had such high hopes for this product.

Awesome card printer but the software is absolutely terrible. Doesn't even have word wrap.
