For larger Eggs, yes, but for regular egg size, no

Do these fit the Hot wheels track?

They fit on my grandsons track.

I would like to ask if it is light enough to use as cake topper?

Yes, light enough for a cake topper but icing may get into the mechanism of the cars. You may want to put tape on the bottom of each car with enough to protect all the wheels.
