I was not sure about size and quality but this product is exactly the same as smash bags I’ve seen and used at my club academy. Highly recommend for home practice use.

Corrects one aspect of many check points in golf. Take a video of your swing and if you need to correct the hand to be straight with the arm on top of back swing, this helps to have muscle memory to keep em straight, works for me

Not amazing, not terrible. You probably need to get these in conjunction with lessons, unless you already know what the problem is with your golf swing. It (and you) can't solve an unknown problem (if that makes sense).
