Is this bb cream good for oily skin?

I have normal skin, but there is never a feeling of oiliness when I put it on. It doesn't sit on the skin like other oily products. After application, I never feel like I have anything on my face. I use it exclusively.

I use finger tips and apply like face lotion. It goes on like face lotion, it’s not foundation so in my opinion, no brush or sponge needed.
