The seller delivered the micrometer exactly on time. The micrometer is definitely on par with the ones I used for years as a machine operator. I did check the measurements against my dial caliper every 200 th of an inch and again against the calibrated ocular micrometer of my microscope. The measurements matched from end to end. I had the opportunity to use other brands micrometers too, but for the quality, accuracy and value, Mitutoyo does give them a stiff competition.
