Not happy with this laptop
Very slow to respond to command. Screen freezes Underside of computer gets hot very fast. Not easy to use.

scam - not actually new
Very disappointed - I ordered this laptop and it had a top seal on the box only. The bottom seal apparently had been ripped off and you can see it was open because the cardboard of the box was slightly ripped. When I looked inside - the laptop was not even in an inner HP bag - do obviously no seal there. THIS IS NOT A NEW LAPTOP!

Runs great. Wish it had a large hard drive. No reason not to have. Not a fan of cloud storage and having to sign in on a MS account. Old school. Could use another USB port. Does what I want it to.
