Q: I set up my husband and I as user 1 and user 2. How do I change from one user setting to another user setting easily before we step on the scale?

You hit SET once for the first person and twice for the second person, etc. The first setting is P0, second is P1, etc. If you don't hit SET it will only show weight. If you hit SET it will cycle through the parameters you set up for each person, age, height, then it goes to 000 ready for you to step on scale. This will give you weight, fat, water, muscle, bone, BMI, calories. I just wish I knew what the measures are for each category, %, grams, or what????? The documentation that came with the scale is virtually non-existant, no real explanation.

I have no reason to store it sideways but the way it is built should not make a difference if it is stored either way.

Q: The issue is correct weight. We set it to lbs. as directed. I am 5' 11" and weigh as a rule between 174 & 177 and this scale tells me I'm at 120.6. ??

make sure its on flat hard surface, I had similar issue, bathroom tile was warped. Legs are really tiny so only works on hard perfectly level surfaces
