Are these the same cartridges I can find on the Dr.Pen website?

Hello! We don't know anything about the quality of goods at other sites, but we work directly with Dr.Pen's factory, and we can guarantee the quality of our products. We sell the original Dr.Pen product in our store. I hope this helps!

Does this really only go to a depth of .25 as it says in the description?

The 36 needles are not as effective as the 12 or even 16 to close together. But hurts much less. .25 is needle diameter not depth your pen controls the depth...

What kind of metal are the needles?

Hello! 16-pins, 36-pins, Round Nano, and other needle tips made of stainless steel! Only Square Nano cartridge made of silicon. I hope this helps!

Are the extra cartridges shipped in a clear bag or should they be in a box?

Hello! Cartridges come in a polybag. Each cartridge is in a sealed package. I hope this helps.
