My microwave is above the stove and not easy to clean. I got these to make my cleaning the microwave easier. For splatter there is none, the design is great because they collapse. Size works perfectly on a standard size plate. Since they are a good quality easy to wash. Bonus is when you heat food it seems to retain the heat more evenly making for a better leftover experience.

Tab to grab and remove cover from microwave is too small.
This product works to keep food from splattering in the microwave but the tab on top that's there to grab and remove it is too short. Even though I have small fingers, I have a have a hard time grabbing hold of the tab. It just isn't long/high enough. I would think that people with larger fingers would have an even more difficult time grabbing it. If they design the tab a quarter to a half inch higher and I'd give the product a 5 star rating.
