Great fit. Not noisy. No issues with the sensors that are included. No tuning issues either

Great budget 92mm throttle body
Bolts right up, stays adjusted, worked great with terminator x. Only reason not 5 star is it whistle slightly as partial throttle, if you want to fix this you need to remove and oval out the iac hole clears right up. Has 0 effect on performance though. Been on my daily for 8 months and has not skipped a beat.

Save your money
I had to purchase 2 of them. The first one was damaged in shipping, but the other one was missing the sensors and the blade scraped. I ended up buying the FAST big mouth and couldn't be happier
