Pros:-They have many movable parts like Mike's eye and the costume for Boo.-They stand up reasonably well-Durable so far with my 23 month old playing with them-They have a good likeness to the charactersCons:-Sully is sold separatelyOverall:I think they are very nice, even if you wanted to buy them as a display item for a Disney fan. Definitely a good toy though.

My daughter is OBSESSED with Monsters Inc. I have been having trouble locating the Mattel toys in stores so thrilled to have found Sully, Mike and Boo on Amazon. They look much more like the characters than the ones sold at the Disney Store and are a better size for toddlers. Can’t wait to give it to her for her birthday!!
