Ester-C® 500 mg with Citrus Bioflavonoids Capsules 120

I am 79 years old, and 6 years ago I was diagnosed as have osteoporosis. Since then, I have been taking a bone supplement that includes calcium and this ester-c. I have had the bone density test every other year as suggested by my doctor, and each time, my bone density has increased rather than decrease as I got older. At this point, I no longer have osteoporosis, but have been diagnosed as having osteopenia rather than osteoporosis. I am hopeful that my bone density continues to increase as I get older with continued use of these supplements. Although a vitamin C supplement may also work for this purpose, ester-c is supposed to have a better bioavailabilty and is easier on the stomach since it is less acidic. To-date, this supplement has not upset my stomach, and my bone density tests suggest that it is effective. Having done my research before taking this supplement, this is rated as a good brand and is of good quality. This supplement is a large capsule, but is easier to swallow than some of the other supplements I take. I do recommend this supplement and hope this review was helpful for you.
