good for the money
The actual item quality is good but the straps aren't that good they broke on the first use, once i replaced the straps for better ones I haven't had any issues since then, they are easy to use and one size fits all.

They Worked, However ...
These spiked shoe (platform) attachments worked well. I used them twice when I applied two coats of gray Epoxy Shield to my garage floor, and again when I applied the clear coat. Here's a summary of my experience with this product: -- The platforms come unassembled. You must insert a spike into each of the many holes in each one, spin on the nut for each spike, and then tighten with the wrench that comes with the kit. That was easy. -- You must then thread the strap through the platform slots. This will take some trial-and-error effort to position the straps for use. Be sure to thread the straps so they don't cover the spikes in any fashion; loop them back up over the top surface of the platform. Admittedly, this one is hard to explain. Maybe read the directions (which I only do after the project is over, which is a genetic trait in my case). -- To attach the spiked platforms to the bottom of your shoes, you step on the platform, tighten the straps, and tie the excess strapping in a knot to prevent the straps from dragging into the epoxy on the floor. -- Once ready to walk on the floor, BE VERY CAREFUL -- again, BE VERY CAREFUL. These are not shoes. The many fine points that touch the wet epoxy do not grip the floor whatsoever. If you shift your weight (e.g., lean in any direction), the platforms will slip. Falling into epoxy could hurt you, give you a permanent hairdo, and waterproof your clothes all at the same time. As corny as this sounds, take a test walk with someone at your side before you begin to use these platforms. At the end of the day, these platforms did their job. You won't see a single mark in your epoxied finish.

Small DIY jobs only.
Worked enough to paint 665ft2 of floor with epoxy paint and sprinkle chips. But just barely. The nuts holding the spike on kept falling off at an alarming rate and I snapped a spike when I slipped. Broke a strap tightening and had to tie off. Good for small DIY projects if you’re doing more than 500ft2 get something higher quality. Bottom line, great for price point but I would not buy again.

Worth the money
Fit well for both peoples shoe sizes. The straps can be long if you have small feet. You have to make sure all the spikes are tightly secured so they do not loosen up. Overall, money well spent.

Plastic strap buckles break, do cinch them down.
Plastic buckle on strap broke immediately. Had to tie in a knot so I could finish the job. Otherwise the actual spike portion worked just fine.

Spiked Garbage
Absolutely terrible. The rear strap is worthless, it’s located right beneath the heel and it is not long enough to go around the ankle or instep. There is literally no point in having it, it does nothing. I started my project before I put them on so I had no choice but to wear them. The front strap kept coming loose and I was slipping and losing my footing. I have to wait 24+ hours to topcoat with polyaspartic so I threw these in the garbage and ordered a different pair from Amazon with next day delivery.

Work as intended
They worked great and fit fine. I have a 7 1/2 women’s shoe. I had to cut the straps shorter so they wouldn’t drag. I actually used them to wash and squeegee the floor before I epoxied and they helped keep my shoes relatively dry. I felt like I was walking on those wooden Japanese shoes. Brought back fun memories.

Good floor leveling cleats
Worked great for installing my floor leveling job. They keep you out of the mix and also help break surface tension at the same time. Might get a bit messy if you are pouring more than a quarter inch as the cleats are not overly tall. Cardboard is not the best floor cover for your escape route.

Spiked shoe
These are easy to put together with the spanner included. Spikes are great quality and straps work well. All in all a great spiked shoe.
