Bragg Liquid Aminos Seasoning, 16 oz

I have been using Bragg Liquid Aminos for years. I prefer it to soy sauce because of its low salt content and it is healthy. It adds delicious flavor to soups, sauces, stir fries with grains and vegetables and cooked vegetables. I even add it to my gravy for my Thanksgiving turkey. I use it everyday in my cooking. It arrives sealed well with no leakage.

Love this stuff! I use it as a substitute for soy sauce in recipes. Tastes amazing on baked potatoes and pretty much every steamed vegetable. Adds great flavor to soups and stocks of all kinds.

The first time someone served this to me in lieu of soy sauce, I was turned off by the name and packaging. However, it's a REALLY tasty product. Hard to believe the only ingredient is soy since it's salty, but that's what Braggs says. I've used it for years, and while it's pricey, it's healthier than soy sauce, and work the extra money. Give it a try.

I got horrible migraines for years. I never associated them with food until going to the Allergist one time for a rash, and he did a full allergy panel and explained all about how food can cause headaches. Eventually, after months of food journal, I discovered how fermented things (like all Soy Sauces) were giving me headaches! All soy sauces are fermented (Tamari, Kikkoman, Maggi, all of them) I spend awhile just not getting that nice soy sauce taste, but FINALLY discovered Braggs. Braggs gives you that soy sauce (it's actually closest to Maggi, in my opionion) flavor without the fermentation (so without the tyramine). This is the only soy-sauce-like sauce I've found that does not give me a migraine. Flavor is great, deep, rich, dark, salty goodness. A little goes a long way, you probably don't need to use as much as you think. It's a clone of Maggi branded sauce, in my opinion. I've gone through gallons of the stuff, which is why I really appreciate that it's available in such a large bottle. I buy the large bottles, and keep refilling my smaller bottle that I keep in the fridge. Highly recommended
