This is a super cute, big mug. But it arrived chipped on the handle. I'd give it a 5 stars for what a cute item it is, but a 1 star for condition.

Arrived with a chip am now going to have to waste my time to get my money back and return a defective item that was supposed to be a gift.

How does a mug arrive chipped. It was packed well. Didn't find chip in box. So I must conclude it was packed with chip. POOR.
