Tasty, crispy, extended fluffy , good schrimp flavor

The product is excellent but the shipping method is not. These unfried chips are very brittle and should be shipped bubble wrapped and in a box not in a soft package, everytime I order them I receive them in pieces!

These are some of the best I have had. Tasty, just right texture (dense and smooth but still light and very crunchy), and hold almost no oil at all.

This is not the genuine Komodo brand from Indonesia. It does not look or taste like the genuine Komodo brand from Indonesia. On closer look at the packaging, it says "Manufactured by "San Xuat Boi" and also distributed by the same company which I believed is from Vietnam. Packaging definitely not the same as pictured. Also, the chips were broken in pieces when I received. Item cannot be returned. Feels cheated.

Didn't puff up in the oil as well as it should have, lacked a bit of flavor. Product seemed old.

Delicious. They taste lightly if shrimp. Crunchy and great with dip.

I receive this with about 30% cracked into small pieces. This is because it is shipped in a bag/envelope with no shipping protection at all. Instead of frying, I microwave them. I have a large microwave and I set the time to 25 seconds. The only problem is uneven heating. Sometimes the edge of the chip is not as cooked as the center area. For large chips this is usually not an issue, but small cracked chips are a problem because they have more edges that ended up uncooked. Update: The lastest package I received has a slightly different packaging (some Chinese characters added) , darker color chips, and different taste. I prefer the older taste so I'm deducting one star.
