Grand brand, not a favorite.
I use the Holy Basil from New Chapter and the product is fantastic. I have to say though that I am not impressed by the multivitamins. Not fermented but I knew that based on comments. Its a regular "one a day" vitamin, with good ingredients but not strong enough for me. If you just want a regular vitamin and you have a sedentary lifestyle, do not exercise much, it should do the trick. However if you have an active lifestyle you might not feel any boost of energy or difference with or without it. Doesnt mean its not working regarding feeding your body, just that I would advise to go for a high potency vitamin instead. This isnt as potent as I hoped for.
