Doesn’t cool beyond a couple of hours
It’s a waste for the money you pay for it because it’s doesn’t keep it cool beyond a couple of hours. It’s completely useless because you don’t need to carry insulin with you if you’re going somewhere for a short time. And if taken for longer it’ll probably spoil your insulin. I raised it with Amazon and the seller and they refuse to take it back. How can they have a medical product in the non refundable category. Do not buy this!

Overpriced and does not perform
Does an abysmal job at keeping insulin cool. It looks good. But does not do the job of keeping cool. Also, it is way expensive for what it delivers

Absolutely worthless
This product is totally useless. The Insulin is NOT cold even for 2 hours after the frozen gel-pack is put in the pouch. This is NOT suitable for insulin. I bought this after seeing good global reviews, but the product I got in India is absolutely worthless. It is just like carrying insulin in a plain ziplock cover.
