Are these the sensitive with aloe? The name of it says coconut milk and almond oil

It’s a great, I don’t have any problem with it. I used it every single day and my skin is so smooth after.

Is fragrance (parfum) on the ingredient list?

There is a very faint aloe fragrance, but it fades immediately.

do you need shaving cream with these?

No you do not . You just wet your skin in the shower and keep it wet and shave. They work great, especially since I have nicked my skin using other razors. These do not nick my skin.
