Does it come with pre-made panel templates or can you create your own?

This particular one that I bought is blank. There are ones with the borders drawn in already with a blue print with guidelines for drawing panels. Usually they are labeled.

is it good for water colors? and is pure white paper?

No, this paper disintegrates with water. Watercolor paper is for watercolor. Paper with out sizing in it ( like this paper ) is no good with water. Mixed media paper that is sized like the Strathmore 500 series mixed media paper....and watercolor paper are good for watercolor. WATERCOLOR PAPER = GOOD FOR WATERCOLOR.... not watercolor paper = no good for watercolor

How is this paper for calligraphy nibs and dip ink? This brand of drawing paper bled when I did calligraphy.

I use this paper for dip pen calligraphy, using watered-down Sumi ink. The paper is thick, so no bleeding through at all.

Can you see through when placed on top of a computer screen in a dark environment? I need to be able to see through the paper to get an outline.

Yes! I was surprised because it’s a heavyweight paper but I tested it in a dark room by placing a piece over my iPhone and I could see the image behind it very well. Hope this helps.

Excellent papier épais

Papier acheté bon pour dessiner aux crayons de couleurs. Le papier est épais, ne peluche pas, résiste aux couches successives de crayons jusqu’à saturation sans s’abîmer. Bonne tenue, ne gondole pas. Léger grain. Utilisé avec des crayons de couleurs gras , primascolor premier. Je recommande.
