Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Not effective at all, also after using 1 Weeks it's created me Mouth Ulster. Then I switch my paste to normal one. Again after 2 weeks I reused the Gum ortho tooth paste then it's obsessed the system of growing the mouth Ulster. So now stop using completely. Not recommended for the sensitive skin people like me.

Good toothpaste but hard on my oesophagus.
If you follow NHS guindance to "spit don't rinse" it means a small amount of toothpaste will stay in your mouth so that the fluoride can work. This is great at controlling plaque but gives me heartburn unfortunately.
