Great butcher block cutting board
For years we went with the standard plastic cutting boards believing they were easier to keep clean and a better deal than a higher priced butcher block cutting board.But years of having to continually replace the plastic ones due to wear and damage from use, we figured we were spending more in the long run by not buying a butcher block board.This cutting board is great! Thick and sturdy (may be a little heavy if you’re elderly or lack hand strength for any reason). But it feels like it will last for a long time with proper care.We have used it a ton and it’s still in great condition!Being made in the USA is perfect for us and being made in VA means we’re helping a local business.If you don’t happen to live in either of these areas, I still recommend this as an alternative to the plastic, cheap boards you may be used to.
