Oh my gosh, I love these sponges. I've used mine on my feet (and lower legs) many, many times and it leaves both so soft and smooth. The sponge I'm using now has lasted more than 5 hard uses and is still sudsy and doing the job. Because the product was doing such great work on my feet, etc., I started using it on my hands and lower arms. The suds do not have a strong smell, just a slight clean fragrance, but the sudsing power is amazing. The exfoliation part of the sponge is not stiff and hard rather pliable and not scratchy. The size is good for my medium sized female hand and I use it aggressively without experiencing redness or abraded skin. My shins are dry, since I live in El Paso and am frequently in the sun, and this product keeps my skin and feet well exfoliated so that the subsequent use of moisturizer works well. I keep one in the shower and give myself a good scrubbing with it about once a week. I'll buy again.

This says its an exfoliator sponge for your feet. I have a lot of dry flaky skin on my feet and heels. This does have one side that is like a loaffa but doesn’t exactly exfoliate your skin. It’s in my opinion more like a sponge that you would use on teflon pans or plates to remove stuborn burnt on food. I don’t feel due to the fact this didn’t work for me personally that it was worth what I paid. I feel I could have purchased a pot n pan sponge and gotten the same results. There was no aroma to this which I do have to say I was happy for. As for travel If it works for you I don’t think you will have any issue with TSA. I wouldn’ t know about the longevity of this but the later I would comment is good on the side that is like a sponge. I am actually using it in my shower to wipe down the walls and in the shower part when I clean. Sorry but this is just my observation and opinion.

Used something similar for several years. All of sudden could not find them in stores. Try to explain what it was I was looking for and salesperson always look at me like I got 2 heads, so I was glad to see this available. Good exfoliating scrubber for the soles of feet and heels. I only give a 4 star because it is so much thinner than what I have always used in the past comparably. It is about half the size of the ones I used to get so I don't see it lasting as long. Otherwise it does work okay. Not too coarse or rough as a pumice stone (which I can't handle). Gentle exfoliator scrubber sponge. Wet sponge and feet and gently scrub, rinse and let foam brush dry until next use.
