Bought this for a family member who started shift work and struggles when the time changes to a super early wake up. Can't fall asleep early enough as is sort of more a night person. To my delight, he said the other night when he was not sleeping, he took one dose of five pellets and instantly fell asleep. After that, he did ok the rest of the week on the new shift schedule. This really works. I frequently wake up at 3:00 am and have difficulty getting back to sleep. This really helps and doesn't make me feel groggy the next morning. But it does give you crazy dreams, as others have mentioned. Still, it's a great alternative to prescription meds.

When I think I sleep aids I’ve always thought of taking what ever product it may be and being overwhelmed with that feeling of exhaustion. I kind of expected the same here but was glad that wasn’t the case. So much so I could take a dose of this and if there were some sort of emergency where I needed to drive I could and I could do that safely. Added bonus. Zquil had been my go to for a while but the more I’ve taken it, the next morning and most of that day I’m left groggy and miserable. With Coffea it literally just quiets your mind, which is perfect for me. Racing thoughts would keep me up for hours, but that’s no longer the case. I take these almost nightly and wake up before my alarm clock even goes off! That’s never been a characteristic for me, I wake up well rested and in complete mental clarity. I take four instead of the recommended five about an hour before I’m ready to call it a night. I get comfortable and before I know it I’m sound asleep. These things are great and I highly recommend to anyone who deals with an overactive brain and racing thoughts that keep you up for hours on end! I will be ordering again as soon as this first box begins to get low.

Useful item. I intend to keep buying them indefinitely. Easy to consume. Park the little pellets under your tongue, don't chew it. Stick with the directed dose; more is not better, don't waste it. Tastes good. Does NOT taste like coffee. OK to use if you wake in the middle of the night, if you have at least 3 hours before you are supposed to get up. If you take them 2 hrs or less before wake-up time, you may be a little drowsy, though not real bad. "Fun" dispenser, but I suggest that you dispense the next load before you need to take them, so it will be ready for you to pop the cap off and drop them into your mouth, and you won't have to turn a light on to count the 5 pills that is the normal dose. If you accidentally dispense too many, only take 5 and leave the extra for next time.

I’ve been taking prescription sleeping pills for a long time and wanted to try something more natural- I did some research and found this product, I was hopeful it would help, but unfortunately, it really didn’t. Although it did calm my mind, it didn’t put me into a deep sleep. I was awake most of the night. I feel this may help some people who aren’t used to a stronger medication. The following day I did feel a little off, not sure if it was the product or if I was just overtired.
