I historically have never gotten on with heat protection sprays. They leave my hair with a weird sticky film. This is the first and only product that feels hydrating, soft and sleek. I will be loyal to this product for life now!

I love this product - Mielle Organics Mongongo Oil Thermal & Heat Protectant Spray. I would just like to say that this product complements my haircare routine very nicely. Currently, I use a pre-wash conditioner, conditioning shampoo, and occasionally a light layer of conditioner. Using this product allows me to either air dry my hair or blow dry and have soft, pleasant smelling hair. The scent is kind of hard for me to describe, but it is not sweet or fruity, it's more of a flowery scent I believe. I haven't smelled anything quite like it, but it is among the nicest smelling products I've used so far. As I said, this can be used either air drying as a leave-in conditioner or before blow drying as a heat protectant. The product is not sticky at all - I sprayed some on my hand just now and it dried in less than a minute, completely! It also dries well in my hair too, but for context, I have highly porous hair that does not maintain moisture. This product reduces frizz significantly and at a very low cost - $6.30? That's actually amazing. I also repurchased shortly after receiving it when I saw how nice the scent was and how soft it left my hair feeling. This definitely competes with Marc Anthony's leave in, in my opinion. Marc Anthony's is in a similar price range, which is why I mention it. This spray by Mielle is more effective than the Marc Anthony one, for my hair, so I will keep repurchasing this. I also believe the longevity is decent - if used consistently, it will most likely last at least a month if you use it a few times a week like I do. I would highly recommend this product!
