Horrible product, leaked liquid everywhere!
This was a horrible purchase. The liquid that's supposed to warm up in the handle, leaked out, leaving us with a regular ice cream scoup that doesn't have the most important feature. We hand washed it and still it leaked. Not even allowed to refund the item once purchased. Do not recommend.

Disappointed with the rusting issue!
I purchased the ice cream scoop from and initially loved it, but it has developed rust after a few weeks of use. Disappointed with the rusting issue.

Useful tool but not the Zeroll stamp
Works well but does not appear as per the picture with the Zeroll stamp. Not sure of authenticity.

Best ice cream scoop.
I love this ice cream scoop. It definitely is the best that I've used. I did ruin one by washing it a dish washer by mistake, but as long as you hand wash this you will have no problem. I think it's definitely worth it even with that. This will take the heat from your hands and go right through ice cream, even if it is super frozen. Because there is no moving parts either, you can really put muscle into it if you need to, but you probably won't need to! The ice cream will form into a good shaped ball, and come off the scoop very easily too.
