absolutely stellar
At first I wasn't impressed when I open the book and started reading, but I quickly changed my mind. This book was absolutely stellar, I've read it twice, and re-read many sections multiple times.

best book on transcending resistance and more
I don't usually "feel like" writing reviews, but this book is so wonderful and helpful that I was able to "transcend my resistance" and didn't listen to the voices saying that this is a waste of time. :) If you ever feel like you don't want to do something or procrastinate, get the book! After reading it and doing the exercises, I've learnt how to direct my attention where I want it to be and it makes all the difference! Thank you, Cheri and Ashwini for this great book!

Cheri Huber has developed yogi teachings into reading books that are easy to learn & master. Illustrations invite your own musings & helping you to understand & keep the lessons in your brain. You'll quickly find what will help you grow & how to incorporate the subject of the book she has now tackled. It's "Brain Storming" not "Brain Control" it's what you need to change & grow!

Am I the only pre-order customer who got a good healthy laugh, on reading that a book about resisting and avoiding tasks has been delayed?I dig Cheri's books, and look forward to reading this one. I expect I'll write a real review, too.If I feel like it...;>

Awesome book
Cheri Huber has done it again! Her lighthearted take on how to get past yourself is refreshing and it is so nice to be able to learn to let go and learn to start liking yourself. Her whole line of books is well worth reading!

Older books were "smoother" - this one is a bit sluggish
I have read Cheri's other books and quite enjoyed them. This book seems more difficult to get through, as if the coined phrases used are just not registering in my brain quickly enough. Most of the other books read like a hot knife slicing through butter - very smoothly, evoking imagery and were easy to relate to. I found this book moved sluggishly. If you haven't read her other books, I would recommend getting one of the earlier ones.

Helpful for Mental Health
This book is inviting to read because of its presentation and use of graphics…it is not visually overwhelming. I gave my copy to a family member and bought another one. I made a list of all the small things I don’t like to do around my home. Then, I just did them. Now, it is a habit without resistance. Highly recommend this book

POWERPACKED
Probably one of THE BEST books written for self-help. The best method to use it is in self-journal method. Pages wise its thin, but content wise its too deep. Spend as much as free time you can with this book and please always keep a notebook and pen along with you so whenever there are questions in it you can answer and realize sth great and truly surprising. The best time to read and work on it in early morning or late evenings when everything is quiet around you and you are free to think clearly. I am lucky that i got opportunity to read it and work on myself according to it.PERFECT!! THANK YOU CHERI!!

Great Book - Really Helpful
I really like the was Cheri Huber helps the reader to explore their own process, in a way that encourages a person to be aware, mindful, present and grounded in the reality of any given moment. Not caught up in old habitual thoughts patterns and conditioning. For me, this book is very liberating and transforming. The style in which it is written is very accessible, which also encourages the reader to read more slowly, enabling the reader to digest and reflect on what is being said.

This book is stunning. We all have this resistance running in our lives, some people are more powerful with it than others. If you are wondering why you are not getting what you committed to or want to do, then this is the book for you. It is so clear and well written. I would like to read this annually or perhaps monthly would be better LOL
