It stopped working within one year. The n contacting service was asked to upload a video. Within minutes got a reply that unit is not serviceable and have to scrapped. Looks like a standard preprogrammed reply. Better products available at half the price.

Item defective in just 15mins run time, I using the face steamer mode in 15mins suddenly blast sound coming inside, I check in the bottom it's burn...

Good product. It help my children very much when they were down with cold for the past 2.5 years. Only problem with customer services now it is not working and when I called up customer care they told me to ship the item to Chandigarh since they do not have any service center or door step servicing anywhere in India.

Very useful face steamer. It heats up quickly and steam is consistent. Easy to use and helps with skincare and facial cleansing. Happy with the purchase.

I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned about the safety of this product. This Dr Trust USA 3-in-1 Nano Ionic Facial Steamer has a serious short circuit problem that makes it unsafe to use. The issue starts with the water reservoir. The internal design does not properly isolate the water chamber from the electrical/heating circuit, so once the unit is filled and switched on, moisture appears to make contact with live components. During use, I noticed the steamer body itself was carrying a mild electric current — I felt a distinct tingling/shock sensation whenever I touched the metal or exposed parts of the unit while it was plugged in and running. This got worse as the water heated up and steam built inside the chamber, suggesting the insulation breaks down or leaks current once the unit is warm and the water level drops or splashes near the heating element. This isn’t a one-off glitch — it happened consistently across multiple uses, not just a single instance, which tells me it’s a design or manufacturing defect rather than a fluke. For an appliance that’s specifically meant to be used inches from your face, often with wet or damp hands, this is a genuine electrocution risk, not just a performance complaint. I unplugged the unit immediately and stopped using it once I noticed the current. I’d strongly advise anyone using this steamer to check for the same issue — if you feel any tingling, buzzing, or shock when touching the body, base, or steam outlet while it’s running, stop using it immediately and unplug it. I’m rating this 1 star purely due to the safety hazard, not the features it advertises. I’d urge Dr Trust USA and the seller to investigate this batch for a wiring or insulation fault, and I’d caution other buyers to inspect their unit carefully before regular use. Very dangerous product. Be cautious!!
