Q: Does this item come in the plastic container as pictured?

Noi they don't come in a container or ziplock bag, they conme in a plastic bag that you need to cut to open and then find a way to store then as the bag they came in will not lock or close.

Q: Is glue affixed? Or do I have to purchase something additional in order for the rhinestones to stick to fabric?

Hotfix rhinestones come with the glue on them but it does take a special tool to melt the glue and apply them. You can search hotfix rhinestone tool to find it. Or you can just get some Gemtac or E6000 and glue it to whatever you want.

Q: Can these be used with a hot glue gun?

They come with adhesive on the backs and you need the tool to heat the glue. You can wash what ever you use them on and if glue was hot enough to set them, then they shouldn’t come off, I would say delicate fabric would not work. Iron gets very hot 🥵! I’ve had sooo much fun.
