Quality issue
Excessive oil flows out of the colouring content tube when seal is opened. Indicating something wrong. The product bears a manufacturing date of Jan 2025 though and shows expiry date Jan 2028. This is not expected from this manufacturer L'Oreal nor its from seller Amazon. Please check urgently for its route causes and rectification. Also advise what should be done with the product?

بتغطي الشيب كويس هتحتاج تتساب عالشعر ٤٠ دقيقة عشان تغطي الشيب وتتغسل اول ماتوصلي للون المطلوب الكمية قليلة شوية لو شعرك لحد كتفك الكمية كاملة حوالي ٨٠ جرام للصبغة والأكسجين بعد المزج ممكن تحتاجي علبتين كاملة لو عندك شيب كتير عشان تتاكدي من توزيع الصبغة بشكل كافي يفضل تمزجيهم في وعاء مش في القارورة
