I have used this a few times and it works well after the modification I made. I bolted it to a piece of plywood and clamped that to my workbench. Now it's solid and stable and shakes like a champ without vibrating my entire body while using it.

This Spray Can Paint Shaker Unit is excellent. I bought the unit with the handle and it performs very well. Had the cylinder shaker type that eventually separated at the shaft and cylinder. Searched for a different type of mechanism and ran across this unit. Glad I purchased it. I put lubricant on the moving parts and strapped the can in and mixed for 2 minutes and around 300 RPM. NO issues with the rachet strap. Very pleased with purchase and build of unit. Bravo. Highly Recommended.

I didn't like the shake that the device had when hand-held using the handle. I removed the handle and mounted mine to a scrap of wood and put it in the vise on my workbench. It worked great!. I had a project that required ~14 rattle cans. Not only did it save my arms, but I feel the paint came out smoother. The finish turned out great. Better than past projects that were hand shaken. Also, I was able to use all of the paint. No more paint left over in the can after the aerosol was spent. It's little pricey for what it is, but I am happy with the result.

A little doubtful at first, but after using it -- love it. Did a paint job that involved 12 cans of spray paint. Mixed for 2 minutes each and had no clogs, sputters or issues with any of the cans. When hand holding the unit, tilt (hold in left hand with can at 11:30 to 12:30 position vertically) until vibration subsides and it is easy to hold (no arm strain at all!). Excellent product. Wish it was the newer model with the metal strap -- will have to see if rubber strap holds up. Will update if strap fails.

Works as intended. Holds cans tightly. Releases well. Someone had a review that sad the tip broke and was worthless. The pic they showed looked like it should work. But if it did break or you lose it jus use an Allen and cut it to desired length. I used dry silicon lube on all the parts and then rotated by hand to work in before using. Someone said it only moves it about an inch and because of that was worthless. It’s really all it needs and works well as is. Moderate the speed as needed. Right now it’s a hundred degrees and and I agree it’s not needed. But I have arthritis and shaking cans when it’s 60 is more difficult. I like it and appears sturdy so far. No issues. Definitely recommend it! As with everything you have to use some common sense and take care of it.

I just received this product. Upon opening the package I noticed that part of the frame was bent. This did not appear to hinder the use or weaken the structural integrity. Other observations were the strap that holds the paint is extremely stiff and I am concerned that it may be prone to breakage. Upon using the product it appeared to work well and as stated in the description. I purchased the handle and it did not come attached to the Shaker you have to attach that yourself. I will modify my rating upon long-term use of the product.

Use this almost weekly. By far the best way to shake print cans.

For the money and for the beautiful design and how it shakes cans is better than expected. I blew away a few bucks for a piece of junk and now I have what I need. Can't work with out it.
