Its working fine. But body material quality seems bad. May be fake ? And watch your ball if you are taking this to your down area. It will give you cut. I got one.

One of the best trimmers I have used which stay for years even if the battery doesnt work
The same product I had picked up from GCC same cost. It's much expensive than the phillips or other trimmers and have many limited trimmers. I had baught it for hair trimming at the .5mm and have used it for almost 13years. It's Japan made It's still usable but battery doesnt work and razor isnt that sharp. Only if this product stays back similarly It's one of the best trimmers best part you can use it with cord or cordless which most of thenew trimmers cantbe used

I ordered a Panasonic trimmer for my father , good and original product , but he found it from instruction manual not cutting too close and want it to be returned to seller . The seller initiated the pickup, and the refund was issue in just few days .

Well, you must! The Japanese was sent ... It's just that I had it, as if I had such a model, I have been using it for 5-6 years, it still works, only the battery is dead, and so it was made in China, here in the reviews people are worried that they were sent to them made in China ... I would be glad if this new Japanese will work as long as the Chinese one;) The Chinese assembly is licensed, everything will be fine, the model is good, but only for short haircuts, but for short haircuts this is an excellent device.
