Buy over sized shoes before buying this.
The item is very thick from the sides, so when you put it in the shoes you lose one size, didn’t work for me the shoes become very tight.And this should be written in the description.And they don’t accept return.Not sure how they got those reviews.

Offrono un buon supporto e rendono le scarpe decisamente più confortevoli, soprattutto durante le giornate in cui si sta molto tempo in piedi o si cammina a lungo.La struttura è sufficientemente rigida da dare un buon sostegno, ma allo stesso tempo risulta comoda nell’utilizzo quotidiano. Anche dopo diverse ore non ho avvertito particolari fastidi.Un prodotto che fa bene il suo lavoro e che consiglio a chi cerca maggiore comfort e supporto nelle proprie scarpe. Im 300lb & i have a pains wearing shoes while working with lots of walking. But this insoles is great!!! I don't feel much pain and swellness on the leg. Finally i feel cushions on my feet in the shoes. Its really help me alot. Price is affordable. If it last for 1year then its a good investment.
