Tastes nasty
It doesn’t completely dissolve, it’s chunky and gritty. Looks like there’s crushed up egg shells or bone in there. But it says it’s vegan so don’t know what it could be.

Used this for pre-workout boost. Flavor is good, not gritty, mixes easily. Pleasantly surprised after the shock of the small package.

Overly expensive and not great taste
We have Tony Horton products. This is a very expensive preworkout mix that doesn’t taste that great and I didn’t notice any difference from other pre workout mixes we use. Kinda bummed as I wanted to like it like the other products we have.
