I have been taking for over a decade. A great vitamin pack for taking advantage of the catalysts the vitamins and minerals offer to ensure your performance and immune system are top notch. Lots of vitamins in these so if you have the "I'd rather have them and not need them, than need them and not have them" attitude towards vitamins, then Animal Pak is a must have. Only thing I would warn is to avoid taking these close to bed time as they seem to give you an energy boost.

Been using it on and off for many years now. Would test and try other solutions every now and then, but always fall back on the tried and tested solution of the Animal Pak.

I struggled for a long time trying to find the right nutrient blend, and supporting vitamins/nutrients to help aid with everything. This is a great all in one solution. I ran out and definitely noticed the difference. I also just added additional Vitamin D as I work underground and don’t see much sunlight. Check the levels and % RDI and just add the odd extra thing that you may need. The amount of tablets seem excessive at first, but you get used to it quickly.

I will never anything from Elite suppliments. Awful customer service
