Can it be used on the face?

I've used Dr. Scholl's quite successfully removing small moles and such from my face. There is redness for a few days as the lesion heals and then it falls off. No scars. Just be cautious rather than aggressive. Dermatologists have removed similar moles from my face using liquid hydrogen, and this is just as effective, while much less expensive.

Can this be used to put on brown spots to remove them?

Anything on or near the surface of the skin can be frozen off with this and similar products. The freezing kills the unwanted skin cells. leaving healthy ones to continue growing from underneath.

Salicylic acid has been known to stings. How painful is it?

All depends on how sensitive you are to pain. Freeze away is more about freezing warts etc than using any acidic action. I find it slightly uncomfortable but not so much that I don’t always have the product available when needed.

Can it be used on the bikini area?

The way this works, you freeze the skin and that creates a "scab" that then flakes off over time. Not sure you want that in your bikini area.
