I was skeptical of this product when it arrived, no brand name, metal casing and no plug. I was weary of the metal casing on a product you needed to plug in and with no brand name on the product and the fact it was made in China I thought maybe it was a cheap counterfeit product and that maybe the CE European quality seal that was on the product could also be fake.Well, I still don’t know whether that is the case or not, but I found a plug that met the requirements for voltage and amps and whatever else and plugged it in and it’s working great! I might not leave the house with it plugged in if no else was going to be around, but I’ve had it plugged in for several hours at a time, passively sitting there and also actively in use while gaming or watching a dvd on a device running through it.I had a very specific need for such a device for use as a gaming rig for running a HMDI to USB - C capture card to a computer while also being able to see the output on the tv and it works perfectly for this. There are larger numbers of input and output slot versions out there, I saw an 8 in and 8 out at one point, but this serves my needs.I also haven’t seen any issues with picture quality, it’s supposed to be 4K & I have a 4K tv and an Xbox Series X. I’ve watched dvds, blu-rays and 4K discs through it too using the Xbox as the disc player and it seems pretty perfect to me.

Worked great for 1.5 months before it just stopped working. All the lights just flash and there is no signal detected on any screen.Refunded and an alternative product will be sourced, very sad as I thought it was great whilst it lasted!Edit - contacted the seller directly and they provided troubleshooting tips which solved the issue, impressed at the quick reply.

Bought this after getting my home theater and discovering my old projector does not support ARC or HDMI 2.1. This little hub connects everything so well - my laptop, home theater, projector and Fire TV stick all are sorted and accessible in one press of a button.The remote is handy but the range of it is rather small so you really need to point it close and even the slightest obstruction can cause problem so keep the hub clear of any obstructions. Overall works really well.Taking out one star as the screen colors really get weird when I switch outputs but nothing a quick unplug and plug don't fix. Thanks

Set up took 5 mins. Needed to find 2 x AAA batteries and a USB plug adapter. Once I found these it was a doddle. Perfect for my setup.My existing matrix had stopped automatically finding the audio when I switched. Was really annoying. A helpful guy at a well know national uk hifi store said it was likely the upgrade to my virgin box as the current matrix was likely not coping with the upgraded signal. So I found this box. My setup is 3 inputs (virgin v6 box, DVD player and roku box). I then have a sonos beam and surrounds connected via optical.So, 5 mins later, having simply plugged in the cables it works a treat. Switches sound immediately. Picture takes a few seconds after. Perfect for my needs.Very happy so far. Box feels pretty solid metal too. Cable inputs also sensibly on the back. My previous one had inputs all round which looked messy.

Doesn’t work on my system I have hdmi CAT5 extension for the further TV, the video okay but no audio.I have returned the item..

So I only wanted quite a simple setup. I have an HDMI projector and a good quality sound system, and was frustrated having to change channels for the projector and also my sound system. Also, although my Xbox and Freeview box both had optical out sound, my Apple TV didn't. I had given up on trying to sync sound with this, and just used it to throw images from my computer up.With this box, I just plugged all three HDMI outs into channels 1-3 and the output HDMI to the projector, and out optical to my sound system. Turned everything on and it all works. It's nice to know there is sooo much more the box can do if I want it to, but for now it is doing what I want. Very happy.

I've used this since September 2022 and had zero issues. Works exactly how it should.The device doesn't get hot and I've had it powered on almost all of this time with the exception of being away for a couple of days at a time and it's been fine.Remote is on the same batteries as it started and although I use it from about 2 feet away never had any issues.

Worked well splitting the video to 2 TV's and the audio to speakers. But now after a year and a half the picture breaks up completely to a grey screen of noise.Jan 2023: received a replacement unit which is working as new. Good service. Hoping this one doesn’t break, it looks very slightly different, hopefully better components!

The LED bulb shows clearly what input it is - Remote is easy to change the inputs - and no sync issues - it is only day one - but I don't foresee any issues with the item - works great as shown - it is a tad more - but does have two optical outputs - that is really cool. (It worked right out of the box - nothing to fix or change - I like that! Two TVs and DVD Player - Shaw Box - and Other.)

４入力２出力で他製品を最初に購入したものの謳い文句ではHDR対応だったにも関わらず結果映像が色褪せて表現せれたということで非対応だったと判断した為返品、コチラを再購入。結果問題なく作動、環境的に目的を全うできた。そして前製品より遥かに切り換えが速く満足の製品。

Ersteinmal: Es tut genau das, was es tun soll. Der Ton kommt über den Kanal 1 und wird sauber an den Verstärker weitergegeben. Ich verwende das Gerät, um das Bild zwischen dem Fernseher und dem Beamer schalten zu können. Es ist damit auch möglich, zwei verschiedene Eingänge aufzuteilen, d.h. zBsp auf dem TV Eingang 1 anzuzeigen (mit Ton) und auf dem Beamer Eingang 3 (dann ohne Ton, da Ton nur über Ausgang 1 geliefert wird).Die LEDs sind nicht störend, sie sind angenehm "dunkel", so dass sie nicht stören bzw abgeklebt werden müssen.Man sollte allerdings darauf achten: Das Gerät wird über einen USB Anschluss mit Strom versorgt. Nimmt man nun statt einem gesonderten Netzteil zBsp. eine USB Buchse am Receiver, muss der auch eingeschaltet sein, bzw. muss er sich ausschalten, damit das Gerät nicht dauerhaft läuft.

j'avais un autre commutateur qui ne faisait pas correctement le boulot entre le visionnage sur le tv ou la tv avec celui la rien de plus simple on choisi l'appareil et on choisi la sortie tv ou projecteur et hop il ne reste plus qu'a s'installer confortablement plus de prise de tète merci au concepteur.
