The Boy's Body Book

This book really only targets hygiene and how a boy might feel about being smelly or "needing" to shave. I have returned it. It is not in line with modern day thinking, and seems to, while trying to be helpful, also become shaming on things like body odour.Perhaps one might say this book is "traditionally" helpful. But it certainly won't prepare a child for growing up in the current era.I wouldn't recommend it for any age.

Great book. Written well for young boys wanting information on what is happening to them!

Brilliant and really good for boys

I am a solo mom of three boys, and even though I have no issues talking to them about most of the topics in this book, my son was not open to talk to me. I got this book (with a couple more) right after his twelve birthday, and ask him to check it out, and if he had any questions he could always come and ask. Every now and then, when I come into his room, I see the book has moved, form his bed, to the desk, to the shelves, to his bed again. I wish I had a book like this when i was his age. Recommended.
