Disappointed on item, item seem to have minor defects on the bottom of Batman

Funko product box was shipped without external protection with order label on the box itself, however the item itself is in good condition. Love the details on this funko figure as well as the size, definitely much bigger than I've expected!

Firstly it's ridiculous that the box was shipped without any protection and all the labels were pasted on the box itself. Secondly the funko pop was damaged (obviously without any protection) and the head is broken off the figure. This is just ridiculous.
