Does this product dry the poop too?

Pick the poo up with toilet paper a dump in toilet. Then clean the area let dry. Then use powder and vacuum.

Is this powder Dyson vacuum safe or compatible?

Not sure. I have a Miele vacuum but the powder is super fine so I imagine it will be fine.
