its nice results first day u will get loose motions but after use one week it will give best result

My father is always constipated. So I give 3/4 tablespoon every 3 to 4 days and it does the wonders. I crush the contents to fine powder. It dissolves easily that way. I have to use Luke warm lemonade to get him to drink it. For him, it takes 6-8 hours to work. But it does the intended job.

I hv an extreme level constipation problem,,, its wrkng excellent fr me,,, im giving this review aftr two months of usage,,, make sure u add one or less than a spoon coz once u add it doubles granules size in warm water,,,if u eat hard items r junk food u can use this,,, and it doesnt make any heat problem in internal body,,, im a house wife ,,,if i hv to go out early anywhere thn i use this with warm water at night one spoon,,, n get up two hours early n clean my stomach ,,, u may need half litre to clear in two course in mrng,,,, n may get two r three stinky farts during night sleep,,, but i dnt think its bad coz it digest the food fast n breaks the blocks,,, i 100percent assure passing stool dont hurt at all,,, i use twice r thrice in week or whenever i eat dry n hard foods,,, i dnt use daily,,, ingredients r all cool items fr body except one r two items,,, before i was using roohani chooran but doesnt set my body n gave heating problem in body,,,,I request Tirupati medicare ltd to make the powder of granules fr bettr consumption ,, it struks rarely in throat,,,n im thankful to u people,,,I just gave a try n it worked well coz it contains ayurvedic n natural items so its v betr thn other pills,,, i tried pills oso n dabur item oso nothng worked bettr than this,,,Whenever i use to see this add in news channel i was thinkng its diffrnt mktng techniques n was laughng ,,, n i jus gave a try but really worked ,,, i suggestd many f dem fr this my sister also thanked me,,,

If I'm having a heavy meal, I will take some of this to make sure I don't get bloated after. It works very well in flushing out your body.
