Does it's job
The bread improver does it's job. Happy with the purchase. I would have appreciated it if the product came with instructions for use (how much bread improver to use with how much flour, how to use it, etc.) There was none on the packet. I had to do quite a bit of googling to find out how and how much to use before I could start.

Makes bread dry 😏😏
When ever I used this improver my bread comes out dry and breaks while slicing it As per my experience it’s of no use 😔😓😓waste of money Earlier used urban platter improver which was very effective
