Q: Has anyone used scothguard spray on this? Will it preserve cover better? Thanks

Mine is over five years old and has been used hard. I spray it with Thompson's Water Seal.

Q: Are the side walls included?

No they are not included. It will cost extra.

Q: does this canopy have velcro on the inside to attach sides?

Yes it does. The velcro seems very effective and the velcro on the frame lines up well with the velcro on the canopy. After the canopy arrived, I opened the frame partially, installed the top and opened it fully open. It was a great fit.
