How do you secure the garkand together to create this look

I secured mine to my white vinyl arbor with long white zipties. But heavy duty fishing line would probably work as well.

Can we hang this to curtains ? If yes how can we hang it?

They are strings of hanging flowers so if you had clips to attach to a rod it would be fine .
