You can always tell quality and when you open the packet you’ll see these are proper picks, plectrums, whatever you call them. There’s no comparison between these and the ‘100 picks for a fiver’ brigade. Just don’t bother, get these. You get a selection pack of picks of varying thickness and flexibility to test and see which ones suite your style, guitar or mood. You’ll probably find a few you really like with a particular guitar and you’ll be know to order more of those specific ones in future.
